The hotel is conveniently located near a restaurant under the Galata bridge, allowing guests to enjoy delicious meals with a stunning view. the proximity to the train station makes it easy to explore the city, and Sultanahmet is just one station away. the rooms are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable space to relax. Guests can also enjoy a variety of options at breakfast, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the staff are professional and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries.

Some guests have reported issues with the air conditioning, leading to uncomfortably cold temperatures in the rooms.

Loved the comfortable beds and the warm welcome with delicious cookies. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore and visit nearby attractions. The complimentary fruits in the room were a nice touch and added to the overall pleasant experience.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, with tired furnishings and superficial cleaning by housekeeping staff. I had an unpleasant incident where my sun cream was stolen and although the hotel promised to compensate me, it took almost a month for them to do so.

The location was superb, with walking distance to major attractions and the sea. The front desk staff were helpful and informative. The spacious and quiet rooms were a plus. The hotel was clean and had good-sized rooms, with the option of connecting rooms. The bathroom was clean and had a great rain shower. The staff, especially Aziz, were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

For us it was ideal.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect for exploring all the main attractions, as there is a tram station very near. The staff here were amazing; they were all really friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was simply delicious - there was so much choice and all of it was fresh and tasty! We also appreciated the numerous facilities provided such as room service, laundry, and medical services.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, kind, and were very good too assist me. From the concierge to the restaurant waitresses, everyone made my stay nice. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the main historic sights. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the chefs were attentive to vegetarian requests. Special mention to Chef Irna who was friendly and cute.
